Services

Club Volt provides concierge EMS personal training services delivered at client homes, offices, or approved locations. All services are subject to trainer availability, service area limitations, and scheduling policies.

Booking and Payment

Appointments must be booked in advance through our approved booking platform. Payment is due at the time of booking unless covered by an active package, membership, or approved billing arrangement.

Club Volt reserves the right to charge the card on file for scheduled sessions, late cancellations, no-shows, and any fees associated with booked services.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of session credit or applicable cancellation fees.

Health and Safety

By booking a session, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in EMS training and that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, contraindications, implanted devices, or health concerns before participating.

Participation in EMS training is voluntary and at your own risk.

Club Volt reserves the right to refuse service if participation is deemed unsafe.

Mobile Service Conditions

Clients are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate training environment for in-home or mobile sessions.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, images, videos, and materials are property of Club Volt and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number through our website, booking system, or direct communication, you consent to receive appointment-related text messages from Club Volt, including: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchase. 

Limitation of Liability

Club Volt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services, website access, or participation in training.
